@NHSBSA_Dental The main reason the FP17 forms aren’t appearing is because you have a problem with your processing. Your software is dreadful & this is an ongoing problem, no end in sight either

@NHSBSA_Dental I’m sorry but your processing of FP17 claims is appalling. For some strange reason some claims take 5 days to be processed & some hours. Why the discrepancy?
