🚨 StanChart Online Banking Off

7 days later StanChart Online and Mobile Banking dysfunctional

HI Nyakundi,

I have been with this good bank for years, but recently, maybe tied to the Sh7billion workers compensation, I feel like the services have began to deterroriate.

For most part of this week and last week, I cannot log into their mobile banking. It keeps taking me to an error page. To make matters worse, online banking is tied to the mobile one which controls the online through codes and notifications.

I am stranded not being able to use my money, as in withdraw or check balances. I don't have time for ATM and branches. This is really worrying noting the news about Kenya's economic distress and financial system collapse rumours.

Share so it reaches them.

In perspective:

In September 2025, Supreme Court ruled that StanChart Kenya need to pay KSh 7 billion to 629 former staff. The staff had sued the bank for miscalculation of their pensions and the handling of retirement scheme surplus.

That verdict concluded a 16-year legal battle.

Margaret Muthoni was drugged in broad daylight. Thieves slipped something into her system, stole her Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3, and left her so out of it that she caused a serious accident.

While she was fighting for her life, these heartless crooks unlocked her phone, cleaned out every shilling from her mobile money apps, and even borrowed more money in her name.

Crookcatcher caught their faces clear as day (photos below). The phone has now been tracked… it’s reportedly in Nairobi right now.

If you know these people, if you’ve seen them, if you even think you recognise one of them, speak up.

Margaret deserves justice, and these animals need to be stopped before they destroy another life.
