@BritishGas @centricaplc Your customer service is dreadful. I have been chasing the £100 you owe me through Hive since December. I have emailed the complaints team at Hive and they just passed it on to the billing team who hasn’t responded. How do I escalate my complaint?

@BritishGas Thanks for your swift response but done that already. I subsequently emailed the Complaints Team at Hive who eventually said they’ve passed it over to the Billing Team and I still haven’t heard anything. That was 2.5 weeks ago but started this all in December (1/2)

@RugbyRefereeNet @chunkyrugby02 The Crusaders player stepped back before moving (I.e. approaching) towards the ball. Ford stepped sideways and did not move towards the ball - huge, massive difference

@RugbyRefereeNet @chunkyrugby02 Watched the game with a retired RFU rugby referee assessor and he agreed that there was no ‘approach’. This from someone who has coached Wayne Barnes and other Tier 1 refs.
