@NephRodby @hswapnil I would say no to the first question as classically Gordon's syndrome is 'exquisitely sensitive' to thiazides and need small doses such as 6.25 - 12.5mg of hctz. Having said that I did switch one patient to chlorthalidone as the BP response to hctz appeared to be inadequate.
