@vojtechmusil1@TrueCzechCloud Almost all Blizzard games got announced roughly 3 to 4 years before their release. 4 for both Diablo IV and III. 3 for Warcraft III. 3,5 for World of Warcraft. Etc.
@Makcraft@LoreCraftMod No, the Blightening of Draenor happens before the orcs start using fel and before the Horde is formed in is actually the reason why they turn into it. And although it is caused by Kil'jaeden and not the draenei, the orcs do not know that, as Kil'jaeden succesfully frames them.
@that_kind_oforc Turalyon "has been broken all along" since his introduction in Warcraft II where it was said he was suffering from survivor's guilt and deep regret for his inability to save Lothar.
@david_lechman@rangl_david Jak jsem řekl výše, jestli je toto ohavnost, pak byly ohavností veškerá uskupení té doby. A ono je pak těžko říci, pokud by císařové dokázali říši dostatečně centralizovat a udržet si moc, zda-li by to nebyla zrovna pak právě ta Francie, kdo by zůstal decentralizovaný.
@Portergauge ...Lor and Liadrin had not forgotten him, but that does not mean that what follows after happened at that time, especially when it is clearly meant to explain why they had not forgotten him by further expanding on their relationship during his youth.
@Portergauge I think you are misreading the first paragraph. It clearly says that Lor'themar took Arator under his wing when Sylvanas was still the ranger general. Yes, it also says that after the destruction of QT, ctd...
@TheRedShirtGuy Ian, this is not the original, the original is Warcraft II: BTDP, which had a very different backstory as well as framing for Turalyon. And Turalyon's backstory was again retconned in Chronicle, where he had no struggle with faith at all, so this is not exactly a new thing.
@Ainastrasza The whole of Turalyon's crisis of faith is from the ToD novel, not the original game, and that novel actually already retconned Turalyon's backstory. And it has been again retconned since Chronicle.
@TheRedShirtGuy Is it really dead dead, though? The weird thing about the mounts was that they explictly made Northeron and the Highlands separate places in their descriptions, so theoretically, Northeron now exists as a place that could appear in the future.
@bonebagle666 @LoreCraftMod@Trolldaeronart @Vindorei It says "key aesthetic influence ". That does not mean it's the only influence. There's also some early modern influence, some stuff is also completely ahistorical. That's why it's called "influence".
@TheRedShirtGuy@vr_mama I'd wager that this meant to be more a build up towards Midnight rather than just 11.2. Let's not forget that the WSS is meant to be one large interwoven story, we should already see story threads pointing towards Midnight, with 11.2 fully leading into it.
@turtlewowteam @Vim_Green Your website mentions you plan to incorporate newer HD textures/models into the Modern Mode. How exactly is that going to work? As in, you are going to use models from later expansions? Like those Cataclysm trees for Elwynn etc? What about character models?
@E_Universalis Option 1) However, instead of giving us an Austria-Hungary formable which does not really make sense for the period, give us a Greater Austria formable with this flag instead. And make one of the prerequisites some sort of Habsburg/HRE legacy. Alternatively, why not both?
