I wasn't even doing that by the way. Just curious how bad flying 12 hours on economy is. I presume Bryan would not fly that long in economy, which changes the numbers of impact on recovery.

I fly a lot, in economy, and it sucks. My body hurts, especially after 12 hours of flying. And I always wonder if it's so much better if you sleep flat and comfy in business or first class.
