@mobinfiltrator @towhey There was a suggestion on the 90's under the Bob Rae gov't that police services should have officers trained as paramedics. Services were stretched, legislated unpaid days off ect. Thank god it never saw the light of day or was even introduced.

I wasn't surprised at all. Silos and tribalism in police services has existed for a long time and isn't going anywhere too soon either.

The amount of racism, bias and tribalism within his platoon and division convinced him to resign after 18 months. His words to me were " This is worse than the PNP."
