50 kg not regularly no, but 35-40kg yes. Often have to clean and press a full box of honey up onto the back of a truck, which is a full overhead press. There are occasions where you do need to lift into the 50kg realm.

I said in my reply that being able to press 50kgs is useful to make general lifting easier. And note the claim was you wouldn't use this movement, relating it to firing a bow with your feet.

So my arguement was always that you perform an overhead press literally all the time and that 50 kg was a good and useful benchmark for that task while you related it to something merely performative.

@matthias_mrc Independent comic books. The story is your own, the art your own. Whether you use AI or not is irrelevant and the market has so much stuff to read anyway that it's already beyond saturation so there's no competative aspect AI can leverage either.
