When you are tired, eat SALT.
When you experience a headache, eat SALT.
When you are angry, eat SALT.
When you are hungry, eat SALT.
When FASTING, eat SALT.
When your libido drops, eat SALT.

CONFIRMED:When Muslim Gangs Killed Students In Garissa University, Only Zagreb, Croatia 🇭🇷 Stood with Kenyans, I didn't See Palestine, Because I can remember Vividly tweeting under #147notjustanumber.
The greatest tragedy of modern man is that he has lost touch with his own soul.
In the pursuit of progress, efficiency, and material success, we have neglected the inner life.
This disconnection leads to emptiness, anxiety, and despair.
We are surrounded by more comforts than any previous generations, and yet psychological suffering is at an all-time high.
This is because comfort without meaning is hollow. Distraction without depth only numbs us temporarily.
That is why many men experience vagueness and a persistent sense of uneasiness, as if something essential is missing in their lives, even when everything seems fine on the surface.
It is our soul's own rebellion against deception.
We all know that the life we are living is not the life we were meant to live.
We live as if we are chasing a mirage in the desert.
We search for satisfaction, which never fulfils our desires.
This endless cycle of desire and dissatisfaction is one of the powerful tools of control in modern life.
It keeps us striving without arriving.
Longing without ever being fulfilled.
We study for a degree, then we experience dissatisfaction and emptiness, and so we pursue a master's degree, only to encounter the same dissatisfaction and emptiness, and then we pursue a PhD, and the cycle of dissatisfaction persists.
But the modern world calls it ambition.
Is it really ambition?
Most people, rather than creating their own values, they elect to adopt those imposed upon them by the collective herd of masses.
They are too scared to face their own path because the herd mentality is too powerful for their weak spiritual foundation.
This leaves our souls empty, hollow, and lonely.
The soul is speaking to you; sit down silently and listen.

The system planted anxiety and fear in you when you were a child.
• The fear of failing an exam
• The fear of questioning the system
— and you have carried this pattern into your adulthood.
• Fear of losing a job
• Fear of losing a wife
• Fear of paying bills
When the fear escalates, the system prescribes antidepressants.
We have become products of the system rather than humans of the universe.
The establishment expects you to conform to their standards and measurements rather than becoming authentic, creative, and original.
The best student is rarely the most intelligent one, but the obedient one, who conforms to the grading and measurement standards created by the structures of systematic stupidity.
We are cog in a wheel, denied individual creativity and spiritual expression.
It is the reason we have more stupid people than intelligent people.
It is the reason we have FAT doctors and foolish professors.
Men,
Forgive your father
Forgive your ex-girlfriend
Forgive your former boss
Forgive your competitors
It doesn’t matter how bad they wronged you
Grudges hold you back
Never revenge, heal, and move on with your life
That shit delays your blessings.

@Kenyans Let the president tell us whether corruption is budgeted for in those countries. In Kenya we are afraid I being taxed hard and the money pocketed by the few crooks.
A thief entered a Nakuru-bound Matatu and before the matatu left the terminus, he had stolen four wallets from four men and three purses from women in the matatu.
As they proceeded to their destination, the conductor started collecting fares from the passengers, but the seven passengers realized they didn't have their wallets and purses and a confrontation began, the pickpocket intervened and offered to pay for their fares which was Ksh 300 each. The seven thanked him for the good gesture and the matatu proceeded towards Nakuru.
On reaching Kijabe, they found a stretch of traffic and the pickpocket said that he knew a good and safe shortcut through the Kijabe forest to the flyover, but the driver declined to use the route saying that it was dangerous and that they would rather waste an hour in the traffic than use the route.
The rest of the passengers told the driver to use the route since the person who had suggested the route was a generous man who had paid fares for stranded passengers in the matatu.
The driver had no option but to respect the majority and so he turned the matatu towards the forest as suggested. In the middle of the forest, the thief removed a gun and ordered the driver to stop the matatu, ransacked everyone off their belongings, and left them stranded in the forest fleeing with the car keys. Before he fled he dropped their empty wallets and handbags including the seven he had stolen earlier.
This story is not about a matatu. How was your literature teacher, Buana do you relate to this story??
This is Nakuru Town West MP Samuel Arama publicly shaming poor parents who have flocked the CDF offices looking for bursary forms for their children who are yet to report to school for lack of fees. Whatever you do in this country, try not to be poor.
