And so #Arteta’s remarks may just be the latest jab from Arsenal’s kit manufacturers, irked that their boys are having to use a Puma ball.

Suffice to say that stoking conspiracy theories about live criminal cases is potentially a contempt of court.

And any politician who saw the summer’s violence and behaves like this is unfit for office.
