What network will you choose:

-10x more centralized network but tax efficient

-Or 10x more decentralized but not tax efficient

If EF takes the risk of reducing issuance with cutting costs as one of the reasons for it, while there is 1% risk that the network can become 10x more centralised, I would loose a lot of faith in that community.

We need more open research before propose such changes…
