@VirginAustralia This is a claim that's not true! We booked under the exact same policy, weren't able to change flights online - the call center didn't take calls and are waiting for more than three weeks now to get a voucher after cancelling the flights online. They're broke! Don't waste your $$

@SusannaLHarris 80's a lot. Not sure if I ever had an 80 h week, but it regularly came down to 60 h. I've seen other students working similar hours. I think it still reflects that the workload during a PhD is enough to keep 2 people busy. *Biomedical sciences* here.
