Thus far I have found the service very useful. I do have a complaint, I noticed that if I owe money due to substitute, you bill me extra. But where the amount is less than I paid I haven't as yet received a credit or refund. Why?

@CityofCT They normally send a truck and they would blast water into it to unblock.

@CityofCT @CityofCTAlerts how do we report a blocked sewerage drain. Nobody answering 0860 103 089. Also sms'd 31373 (no response). The drain is blocked on the street side and our sewerage is not flowing away.

Reported a electricity fault @12am (Ref. No: 9108826840). In Crawford. Technicians came out and checked the poles in the street (as electricity of street lamps were out as well) but never came back. Our electricity is still out. No feedback or update.
