Todo mundo avisou que isso iria acontecer. É o resultado lógico da privatização, do processo de transformar qualquer serviço público em um monopólio privado.

Quando uma estatal é privatizada, a missão dessa instituição deixa de ser garantir o bem estar da sociedade e passa a ser garantir o lucro dos acionistas.

E em busca da maximização dos lucros, os controladores da empresa vão demitir funcionários e técnicos, vão cortar recursos para a manutenção, vão reduzir investimentos, vão piorar a qualidade do serviço - tudo isso enquanto aumentam a tua conta de água.

É por isso que, no resto do planeta, todas as privatizações de abastecimento de água estão sendo revertidas. A piora, o sucateamento e o encarecimento do serviço são consequências lógicas do processo de privatização.

A privatização só é boa pro empresário que ganha de bandeja um monopólio pra explorar o povo. O resto da sociedade só se ferra.

Yeah. Worldgen V2 even has native support for infinite height generation. It is a major difference between V1 and V2.

IMPORTANT: What the engine will be capable of and what we chose to use for adventure mode are 2 different things. When I talk I always talk about the engine perspective.

We will have the ability to generate incredible deep undergrounds and like you said also Space with for example asteroids.

How all of this will ladder into LODs, NPCs Spawning, Minimap, etc. etc. is a massive topic and we are going to tackle this in phases with our current push getting us to the point that we can start generating 3D Infinite worlds using WorldGen v2 even if systems like Minimap, NPC Spawning, etc. are not fully functional in these worlds.

As of right now I see no indication that we would lose performance through this work and instead even allow us to have more control over sparse chunk data.

Don't expect this within the next few updates. We will continue working in this direction over months. We will not delete your worlds or make them impossible to load. It will have effects on mods as we will change assumptions about our Chunk entities, but we commit to give good migration guidance.

🚨let me tell you why Iran just closed the Strait of Hormuz again because most people have no idea what happened today..

this morning the deal was simple.. stop the war.. reopen the strait.. let oil flow.. Iran did its part.. oil dropped 16%..

but Iran had one condition that mattered more than anything.. Lebanon must be included in the ceasefire.. it was point one in their 10-point plan.. Trump called it "workable"..

hours later Israel bombed Beirut and Tyre.. Netanyahu said "this is not the end of the battle".. Trump confirmed Lebanon was never in the deal.. and Iran's parliament announced 3 out of 10 clauses were already violated..

so here's what actually happened.. Iran was told the deal covers Lebanon.. opened the strait based on that understanding.. then watched Lebanon get bombed while the White House said it was never covered..

Iran didn't break the ceasefire.. the ceasefire was broken around them.. and the strait is the only leverage they have to prove it matters..

20% of the world's oil is being turned on and off like a game.. running the worl like a school project..
people are dying in Beirut.. markets are swinging billions by the hour.. and the people in charge can't even agree on what they signed this morning..

- Líbano debe formar parte del alto al fuego.

- La comunidad internacional debe condenar esta nueva violación del derecho internacional.

- La Unión Europea debe suspender su Acuerdo de Asociación con Israel.

- Y no debe haber impunidad ante estos actos criminales.
