Aaj Sunday tha
Inhe ghar rehna tha
Lekin inhe bahar nikalna pada. Why?
DFS and Banks ki ego thi
Sunday branches open karni hi karni hai
Aur do parivaar ujad gaye.
Shame on you @UnionBankTweets
Her (Neha Gupta) husband is in defence so at present no family member is there and children are with neighbours.
This black Sunday ruined a beautiful family forever.

Government shall Honour the joint note signed on 8th March 24.
Like other departments, Bankers also deserves "Work Life Balance".
Approval of the 5-day week will create a more satisfied and engaged workforce willing to contribute even more to the banks.

8.86 lakh employees in 2012-13.
7.58 lakh by March 2025.
Business past Rs 283 lakh crore.
Record profits, over a lakh fewer hands and still six day per week.
5 day banking is not a concession. It is arithmetic that caught up long ago

Bank employees have worked hard and made sacrifices; it's time the agreed 5-day banking commitment is fulfilled. #5DayBankingNow#AIBOC@PMOIndia https://t.co/9XFPcFPTtG
Bankers keep India connected 24×7.
But behind every transaction, target and deadline is a human being, with a family, responsibilities and a life beyond the branch.
A 5-day week was agreed in March 2024, with bankers accepting longer working hours from Monday to Friday.
The demand is reasonable. The commitment is proven. The delay is difficult to justify.
Implement 5-Day Banking now.

The agitation for 5-day banking reflects the frustration caused by the lack of response from IBA and DFS; action is overdue. #5DayBankingNow#AIBOC@PMOIndia https://t.co/9XFPcFPTtG

Bankers work tirelessly contributing to the economy, they deserve a 5-day week to recharge and refresh. #5DayWeekandFairPLI#AIBOC@PMOIndia https://t.co/9bHw4seIy4
An agreement must be honoured. A reward system must be fair.
#5DayWeekandFairPLI
The 5 Day Work Week for bank employees was agreed in the Bipartite Settlement of March 2024. Its implementation cannot remain pending indefinitely.
At the same time, a unilateral and discriminatory PLI framework that divides the workforce must give way to a fair, transparent and inclusive system for all employees.
Every achievement of our banks is the outcome of collective effort.
Recognition too must reflect that collective contribution.
We seek no privilege, only implementation of an agreed commitment, equality in reward and dignity at work.
@PMOIndia
Implementing the DFS's PLI scheme only for a select few contradicts the principles of equity and shared success in banking. #5DayWeekandFairPLI#AIBOC@PMOIndia https://t.co/b3zjrfiU49
India’s Bank employees seek two things rooted in fairness and dignity at work.

The demand for a 5 Day Work Week in banks is not new. It already stands agreed upon in the Bipartite Settlement of March 2024. What remains is its long-pending implementation.
At the same time, the unilateral and discriminatory PLI system must be abolished and replaced with a fair, transparent and inclusive framework for all employees, recognising the collective effort behind every institution’s performance.
Hardworking bank employees are not asking for privilege. They are asking for implementation of an agreement and equality in reward.
A motivated banking workforce strengthens Indian banking and the nation.

Consistency between labor agreements is central to progress; negotiating terms together strengthens our collective efforts. #5DayWeekandFairPLI#AIBOC@PMOIndia https://t.co/b3zjrfiU49

@aiboc_in It's striking how glaring the inconsistency is when bank professionals labor on Saturdays while counterparts enjoy their weekends. #5DayWeekandFairPLI#AIBOC@PMOIndia
