@CStewartNews I think he really believed that his text would never be found and the affair wouldn’t be either. Also, if they didn’t have the gun then he could never be convicted. Now he is actually realizing the consequences of his actions.

@Aluminaughtee @Stanley72001 This is his mother. I read that she was on the defense’s witness list and under subpoena. She wasn’t able to attend until they decided they were not going to call on her, which is why she has only been there the last 2 days.
