Israel is still firing missiles at crowds of displaced people — living in tents — in Gaza at exactly the same time they’re screaming that Iran is committing war crimes
Israeli group B’Tselem notes that, since a supposed “ceasefire’ in Gaza, Israel has:
* killed 345 Palestinians,
* denied food to 70% of the population who need it,
* demolished a further 1,500 buildings.
All of this is in blatant violation of the agreement.
Why does this government find it so hard to tell Israel: you’re wrong, what you’re doing is illegal, and we are not going to let you get away with genocide.
Banning smart phones to stop young people seeing Israel's atrocities.
Rather than stopping Israel committing the atrocities.
Here is an example of the desperation of Israel's cheerleaders - panicking that too many people have seen too much.
A judge gets pulled from the Palestine Action judicial review at the last minute, and the Ministry of Defence refuses to explain why.
The three replacement judges include a former government lawyer and a judge who previously ruled in favour of allowing F-35 components to be sent to Israel.
More than 2,350 peaceful protesters risk being branded “terrorists” for holding cardboard signs protesting Britain’s complicity in genocide, all while the government handpicks who hears the case.
This is what an attack on our rights looks like. We cannot stay silent. We must push back.
BREAKING: A new UN report finds that Israel’s assault on Gaza - with the destruction of health care, education, infrastructure, even the banking system - has erased 69 years of human development, marking the worst economic collapse ever recorded.
This is not war: it is genocide.

🔴 The UN Commission of Inquiry found that “forced public stripping and nudity, sexual harassment including threats of rape, as well as sexual assault” are “standard operating procedure” of Israeli forces toward Palestinians, and that “other forms of sexual and gender-based violence, including rape and violence to the genitals, were committed either under explicit orders or with implicit encouragement by Israel’s top civilian and military leadership.”
It concluded that “the frequency, prevalence, and severity of sexual and gender-based crimes perpetrated across the Occupied Palestinian Territory lead the Commission to conclude that sexual and gender-based violence is increasingly used as a method of war by Israel to destabilize, dominate, oppress, and destroy the Palestinian people.”

Israeli soldiers are confessing that they murder civilians with impunity.
This was always obvious from the *overwhelming* evidence Palestinians gave us.
These horrors have been covered up - including by the BBC.
That's the real journalistic scandal.

To world politicians who still claim to have “shared values” with Israel: @pchrgaza published the testimony of a Palestinian woman raped for days by Israeli soldiers who mocked her pain.
Now, Israelis cheer soldiers filmed raping a detainee — while Israel jails the whistleblower, not the rapist.
Silence is complicity.

Remember our beautiful dog whom we rescued from Salah al-Din Street? He was in a car accident and suffered paralysis in his hindquarters. He received a locally made stroller from us.
