Results found significant differences in who initiated living donor discussions and discussion outcomes by race and gender, suggesting that differences in discussions may contribute to disparities in living donor kidney transplantation.
Several additional sociodemographic characteristics predicted evaluation agreement, including candidate gender, relationship type linking candidate and network member, network member race, and network member age.
