The five new bills that the government is likely to take up during the Eighth Session of Eighteenth Lok Sabha:

1. The Income-tax (Amendment) Bill, 2026. (To replace an Ordinance)
2. The Supreme Court (Number of Judges) Amendment Bill, 2026 (To replace an Ordinance)
3. The Registrationof Births and Deaths (Amendment) Bill, 2026
4. The Prevention of Insults to National Honour (Amendment) Bill, 2026
5. The Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development (Amendment) Bill, 2026

Additionally, the government will take up two prior bills:

1. The Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Amendment Bill, 2026, which was introduced in Lok Sabha on 25 March, 2026
2. The Viksit Bharat Shiksha Adhishthan Bill, 2025, which was introduced in Lok Sabha on 15 December, 2025 and referred to a Joint Committee.

आज यदि ISRO के सौ से अधिक वैज्ञानिक नौकरी छोड़ कर इन निजी कंपनियों में चले गये हैं तो इसका कारण सिर्फ़ बेहतर तनख़्वाह नहीं है

इनमें से कई कंपनियाँ तो सैलरी और तमाम सुविधाओं के अलावा इन वैज्ञानिकों को अपना पार्टनर तक बना रही हैं

ऐसे में सरकार द्वार उनको ज़बरदस्ती रोके रखना बहुत दिनों तक संभव नहीं होगा

भारत सरकार को अब इन वैज्ञानिकों को एक बेहतर और प्रतिस्पर्धी डील देनी होगी

देश में प्योर साइंस से जुड़े रिसर्च वैज्ञानिकों को अंततः उनका हक़ मिलेगा

ISRO से ब्रेन ड्रेन-वैज्ञानिक लगातार संस्था छोड़ रहे हैं।

यह रिपोर्ट बताती है कि पिछले एक साल में ���रीब 120 वैज्ञानिकों ने इस्तीफा दिया है। इनमें कई वैज्ञानिक गगनयान और अन्य महत्वपूर्ण मिशनों से जुड़े हुए थे।

लगातार हो रहे इस्तीफों का असर राष्ट्रीय महत्व की परियोजनाओं पर पड़ रहा है। इसी वजह से सरकार ने अब ISRO के वैज्ञानिकों के इस्तीफे और स्वैच्छिक सेवानिवृत्ति के नियम सख्त कर दिए हैं।

हालांकि, ISRO के चेयरमैन का कहना है कि यह एक सामान्य प्रक्रिया है और किसी भी संस्था में ऐसा होता है, इसलिए चिंता की कोई बात नहीं है।

लेकिन चिंता की बात इसलिए है कि इसी रिपोर्ट में देखें, तो पता चलता है कि कई महत्वपूर्ण परियोजनाओं में प्रमुख भूमिका निभा रहे वैज्ञानिक भी संस्था छोड़ चुके हैं।

अब ऐसा क्यों हो रहा है? इसकी एक वजह यह भी हो सकती है कि ISRO में जितना वेतन और अवसर मिलते हैं, उससे कहीं बेहतर अवसर आज न���जी अंतरिक्ष कंपनियां और अन्य प्राइवेट संस्थान उपलब्ध करा रहे हैं।

दूसरी बात यह भी है कि हमारे समाज में डॉक्टर, इंजीनियर, सिविल सेवा के अधिकारियों और अन्य पेशों को जितना रुतबा और सम्मान मिलता है, उतनी पहचान और सामाजिक प्रतिष्ठा शा
