@AmericanAir is literally a joke. I missed a flight due (i got there with ample time) The TSA line was 3 hours long at CMH. They tell me this. And it’s literally been hours and no one has contacted me.

@AmericanAir Yes but the reason is WAY beyond my control. I got to the airport with ample time to make my flight. This is not the customer service I expect seeing as sooo many competitors would have done something on the spot. I have over 100k fans on IG that are going to miss out

@AmericanAir Your customer service denied me both of those things. They also did not allow me to rebook and told me I had to buy a completely new flight. Sorry but this is not ok. If something isn’t done I’m going to the BBB.
