@RedsRepair95 @krassenstein I live in Washington state and although I think that’s too much money for a home, the median home price in Whatcom County is 601,000 as of April 2024. Sure, there are cheaper places to live but then you have to live somewhere else…and it’s beautiful here.

For everyone who is attacking Biden for FEMA not helping out in the aftermath of the toxic derailment in Ohio at this point, you simply don't get it.

Norfolk Southern Railway is solely responsible for this disaster at this point, and they are the ones who should be responsible for covering damages, not tax payers! Republicans are all about saving taxpayer dollars, so they should be thrilled that the company is being forced to pay for damages they caused.

FEMA is responsible if Norfolk Southern is incapable of covering damages. So far this has not been the case. Additionally FEMA can not come into a state until the governor (DeWine) has declared an emergency. Facts matter here.

@DarickR @dutchessprim I’m also a relatively healthy 54 up to date on my Covid boosters & I haven’t got it yet! Even tho I’ve taken care of my husband 1/2020 and stepson Fall 2022. Masks, hand washing, air purifiers & ventilation. FYI retired RN now.

@PureStrife @itsJeffTiedrich The vaccine was to give people a chance to live, not die from the virus. Many ‘long-Covid’ sufferers improved after vaccination also. That was a happy accident they discovered well into vaccines.
