@leftdemsoc@jordanbpeterson He is a smart man and a clinical psychologist. He is playing with our minds, offering brain Candy, provoking you. And you were provoked and raise an important question through sarcasm. But he did make you question it right?
@Sciron00 @yummyboptarts @jordanbpeterson I’m so sorry, English is not my first language and I though nuanced meant a different thing, something like annoyance. In which case it sounded like you did not like the world.
@leftdemsoc@jordanbpeterson I think that reflection you just made is the objective of his post. He is very subtle, but look what you just wrote. Is certainly efficient.
@Sciron00 @yummyboptarts @jordanbpeterson Yes. But the premise is survival is the ultimate motivation instead of power is. Does not matter than in order to survive you use power. Been powerful is not what motivates you. But to survive.... now based on your reply. You might be thinking on not surviving
@rubenvreeken @yummyboptarts @jordanbpeterson Not destroying others species has to do with our own survival, it is why we don’t do it. Therefore my premise stands a chance. Survival is the ultimate motivation. It even induces us to accommodate power.
@jordanbpeterson Dr Peterson. I’ve notice in your discussions people don’t really seem to listen to what you say. Instead they manipulate the conversation towards what they would like you to say. Why do people do that? And how to overcome that manipulation during an argument?
