Today we are stopped by a game ranger who wanted to be bribed. He asked questions as if he was a police officer. Mind you this ranger is in a rural settlement and there are no wild animals here. He asks for driver's license, passports and said he wanted to search our vehicle.

I used to think the roadblocks during lock down in Botswana were many. Then I came to Zambia. You will literally find 300 roadblocks on a 10km stretch of what used to be a road before Zambia gained Independence. Each roadblock you are asked what you want in Zambia.
