A Ugandan man - with an expired visa - has been arrested in Umhlanga for allegedly running a brothel and a “black dollar” scam.

About R1.6m in counterfeit money was also seized.

The intelligence-led operation, conducted by the Durban Metro Police Tactical Support Unit, SAPS KZN Counter Narcotics and DPCI Port Shepstone, took place at the man’s upmarket apartment.

Initially, information was received by police flagging the man’s movements and activities at the property.

A search warrant was applied for, and subsequently granted, paving the way for today’s raid.

The “black dollar” scam is a type of advance -fee fraud, where a victim is offered a large sum of money for a small upfront payment - but it never materialises.

The 35-year-old suspect is in custody and is expected to appear in court on Monday.

The 1967 Refugee Protocol
The 1969 OAU Refugee Convention
The African Charter on Human and Peoples’ Rights
The UN Convention on the Rights of the Child

The biggest mischief is the CONSTITUTION OF SA

SA must withdraw from all UN CONVENTIONS AND AU CONVENTIONS and Re-join with reservations

We need processing centres of asylum seekers to be kept there until approval

We cannot allow people to roam SA without status or abuse asylum papers

The Court was created to defend constitutional democracy, not to destabilise the country, replace elected government, or impose explosive decisions without regard to consequences.
About 350 people died after one intervention. Vehicles are burning after another. Communities have revolted, highways have been blocked, and confidence in the judiciary is deteriorating.
The choice is no longer only between modest court reform and another crisis. It is between abolishing this Constitution and waiting for another judgment to ignite a crisis the country may no longer be able to contain.
