@HoustonTX@HouPublicWorks@houmayor Water shut off, ZERO warning for planned hydrant replacement. No shower before work, no hand-washing, no appliances. Policy requires 24-48 hrs notice for scheduled shutoffs, we got none. Residents deserve better! #HoustonTX#HoustonWater
@drmiguelstanley@united Their leadership might fly United but I can almost guarantee you they don’t eat the food if they do! FA’s don’t, pilots don’t. So widely accepted as embarrassing by their own employees. So sad.
@HouPublicWorks third time our water is shut off (all day) in a matter of 1.5 weeks, with zero notification. With planned outages, why can’t we be notified so that we can make other arrangements for our day?!
@HoUcards@Xfinity@FrontierCorp Lost power for nearly 10 days, which was horrible and @CenterPoint is trash. Now that power is back @Xfinity still can’t restore service “due to weather” which is a clever way for them to not allow you to receive credit due to a weather event. Hope everyone remembers and switches
@RiverOaksPrblms@Xfinity is quick to send their bill though, and tags the outages as “weather related” (for over a week), so that customers can’t claim a credit. All while giving no communication or real updates. Absolutely horrible practices.
@roldog_ @Xfinity@Xfinity is garbage. People are unable to work from home, many for over a week since the storm, and gives zero updates, and false information (that it’s storm related) so the customer still has to pay for services not provided.
@ComcastTexas Zero communication, zero updates, zero estimated timeline, just ridiculous posts bragging about how good they’ve done to restore service and vague statements about crews working “once it’s safe.” It’s been over a week, there is ZERO safety concern in our area.
@SquelastinR@LVMPD Was at Bellagio too, the huge running crowds were very disconcerting of course; but we didn’t actually run, too, until we heard the “POP POP POP” repeatedly. Maybe not gunfire (dunno?) but we ALL heard it and ran, pit bosses/dealers hit the floor when that sound started.
@ChefDrew702 At Bellagio casino floor, hundreds came running in. We stood to see WTH was happening. We heard very consistent loud POP 5-6x, firework-like. Terror set in for us w/ that, not just bc ppl running. Dunno what it was, but 100% heard that & ran as it continued behind us. Horrifying
