@zerp21@Laurenixola@douglassmackey You must walk around with an umbrella if a light drizzle requires you to seat yourself somewhere it’s socially unacceptable to do so. Oh that’s right, social norms and courtesy is foreign to you
@LuvJones01@GJFlash@douglassmackey When you can’t form a response you just reach for a separate case to try and compare. Nobody here is talking about chud except you. The difference is, whites don’t just march around because a white guy is on trial. Blacks will burn down cities for the guiltiest of black men
@Imade215@douglassmackey Self defense has to be proportional buddy. If Austin moderately pushed Karmelo’s shoulder (as what has been stated by the witnesses) you cannot plunge a knife in his chest for that. Are you dumb? Or is this your culture where no matter the wrongs of blacks you will defend them?
@SeanMPenaESQ @0hour1 I’m not inventing facts. He said he was hit in the back of his head as he walked away. IF that is true, then deadly force is proportionate
@SeanMPenaESQ @0hour1 It makes perfect sense and you don’t have an answer. “Yes, a strike to the head is generally considered deadly force or force likely to cause serious bodily injury because it carries a high risk of causing death, brain damage, or long-term impairment...”
@SeanMPenaESQ@0hour1 That’s where you’re mistaken. Getting punched in the head is absolutely a reason for deadly force. A strike to the head can kill, and or incapacitate to where you cannot protect yourself from following strikes.
@AmiriKing The army soldier doing a ride along didn’t have to kill that man! He should be charged! Rip Mr. Lowery! He was a good man! He did good in school
@lporiginalg Funny because i know exactly where this photo was taken. There’s a strip mall in Reykjavik and there’s a guy in there that sells military surplus and patches. Same setup and everything. Cool dude
