@martypartymusic That wasn't so bad was it 😂

[Ripple @Ripple]

Institutional payments. Secure asset custody. Regulated stablecoins. Everything onchain.

It's happening: the convergence of crypto and traditional finance is accelerating the Internet of Value.

That’s a wrap for Ripple Swell 2025. We’ll see you next year, NYC! 🗽

[Mason Smith @MasonSmithNZ]

@martypartymusic This is why we can't have nice things - people, why are you still using 25, 50, 100x leverage in this current market!

[Mason Smith @MasonSmithNZ]

@FilanLaw Nice work to everyone who spent so much time an effort fighing the good fight and who stood up the bullies at the SEC. @Ripple, @JohnEDeaton1, @bgarlinghouse @s_alderoty

@MoonLamboio $1.00-1.50 but comes down to how high BTC does as that will feed into HBAR

@Hazznin @BCBacker How can you say @BCBacker has screwed his followers, first not financial advice, secondly, how did he know tariffs were coming and finally he didn't say $7-10 by tomorrow, it's his future projection and nothing has broken yet!

[Mason Smith @MasonSmithNZ]

@RandomCryptoPal Let's get to $5.89 first ..... but no, not going to happen anytime soon.

[Mason Smith @MasonSmithNZ]

@Tahseenahmed22 Nope, come back and ask us that in another 5-7 years and we may be more hopeful.

[Stuart Alderoty @s_alderoty]

The final crossing of t’s and dotting of i’s – and what should be my last update on SEC v Ripple ever…

Last week, the SEC agreed to drop its appeal without conditions. @Ripple has now agreed to drop its cross-appeal. The SEC will keep $50M of the $125M fine (already in an interest-bearing escrow in cash), with the balance returned to Ripple. The agency will also ask the Court to lift the standard injunction that was imposed earlier at the SEC’s request. All subject to Commission vote, drafting of final documents and usual court processes.

That’s all folks!

[Mason Smith @MasonSmithNZ]

@BCBacker Amen!

[Mason Smith @MasonSmithNZ]

@bgarlinghouse 👏👏👏 Nice work to everyone involved. Shackles are now unleashed, time to get to #1

[Brad Garlinghouse @bgarlinghouse]

This is it – the moment we’ve been waiting for. The SEC will drop its appeal – a resounding victory for Ripple, for crypto, every way you look at it.

The future is bright. Let's build.

@Coins_Kid We are either seeing a lengthening of the cycles or a crazy 6 months ahead…..well more crazy than it has been already!

@martypartymusic Trump pump, BTC didn't backtest the election breakout, it's going back for its friends.
