I guess now’s as good a time as any to recount a moment I think I saw @GreatDismal in Vancouver ~20 years ago. I didn’t mistake him for a beggar—it was early Sunday morning & I was walking my dog near west 4th & MacDonald. I was wearing a TV Died t-shirt. He was deep in thought.
