I was told that I didn’t perform an account security verification they had sent during a time I was not on the site. I found the email they had sent initially. It was a bunch of questions like: when do you play? Do you stream?

Doug, I have no issues with the sites sweep model. I think WPT is great - the games are insanely soft and play more akin to live tourneys and cash. I started playing this year and have multiple 5 fig scores. I have zero reputational concerns.

I’d play a full schedule on this site if:

- client didn’t crash when more than one table open. This causes me to restart client and miss hands. Therefore, I do not play multiple higher buy ins ($110 or more) at a time. Cust service has said this is a graphic processing issue? I have a gaming laptop, so find that hard to be true.

- earlier Tourney options (most start after 6pm EST). Having a $33 $50k start at 9pm EST can’t be GTO

- Better UI to include:
Bigger fonts
Reduced animation
Easier to multi table

- 6 handed cash game optionality
