Bigger than that Adian Nicholas Thompson is walking a tightrope with Shawnee County, Kansas. if he so much as comes into contact with law enforcement or something is filed against him... his entire case is slapped against him in criminal court with his FELONY drug and weapons convictions. He signed what is know as a Diversion Agreement. So if he does doxx someone like a victim and they contact law enforcement, he is in big big trouble with his previous case. He can get felony drug and weapons convictions applied if he violates the agreement.

In plain English: Thompson was accused of possessing a narcotic drug, possessing drug paraphernalia for personal use, and committing a weapons offense tied to alleged controlled substance addiction. The underlying conduct allegedly occurred in November 2024. The criminal case proceeded in 2026, including an arrest warrant and new bond. Rather than taking the case to trial, Thompson applied for and was approved for pretrial diversion. He entered a 24 month diversion agreement requiring drug and alcohol treatment, drug testing, no alcohol or illicit drugs, no weapons, employment or school, remaining in Kansas absent permission, payment of fees, and compliance with various other conditions. If he completes diversion successfully, the pending case is to be dismissed with prejudice. If he violates the agreement, the State can seek to revoke diversion and return the case for prosecution under the terms and waivers contained in the agreement. He can't catch any other charges at all.
