Yesterday, Samantha Friedman, Associate Curator, Museum of Modern Art, led a tour of the year-long installation at MoMa of Ellsworth Kelly's Sketchbooks, organized by the Drawing Foundation.

Walinska fell in love with the Shan paper handmade in the northeast province of Burma, which she used for a series of collages.
“I lived a full year in those four months,” Walinska said. “I painted for years under the influence of Burma.”

MDNY 2024 began with our first ever Inaugural Lecture, "Botticelli Drawings", by Furio Rinaldi, Ph.D., Curator of Drawings and Prints at the Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco.
