Number one the kid didn’t even commit a crime

And then he was tased and cuffed

And he was unconscious and cuffed behind his back when he was drug across the ground feet dragging, and then the officer throws him down face down in his face, hits the curb and his head hits the curb with all of his body weight

While cuffed. This is constitution class 101. The courts aren’t the problem throwing this case out. They actually ruled right on this one. This is over a minor traffic violation. And this kid suffers traumatic brain injury.

The window was down enough for him to talk.

What should’ve happened is he should’ve given the ticket for whatever it is and then sent him on his way not all this he damn near killed the kid
