Animal pro has a⬆️muscle💪anabolic response vs plant on per g basis; eating more plant can overcome this. Collagen protein may benefit ECM proteins—collagen and glycoproteins—but not muscle.

Interesting results found after collagen supplementation in combination with ret on proteom which indicates potential interesting pathways. However, as we will publish soon, this did not affect the CSA of contractile muscle fiber cells.
