As a Virginian, let take on some of their concerns.

They say it would disenfranchise hundreds of thousands of VA Democrat voters.

Silly… they aren’t being disenfranchised, they are just being redistricted. Calm down, Karen.

They are a different people group with a different culture.

Making them DC citizens will put them where they are most comfortable.

In the Bible, during the Tower of Babel story, God punished mankind by separating humanity into nations and placed some of his heavenly court to see over them while he took Israel as his portion.

They were supposed to rule over their inherited nations justly. They failed and began to love being worshiped and took credit for their creator.

These failed heavenly court members are rebuked in Psalm 82.

You may not believe in Bible stories, but you’re living in one.
