@eBay_UK always the shittest customer service. Made a purchase in May, never arrived, seller said they'd replace then blocked me, still waiting on a refund because ebsy keeps pushing back the date they'll step in, first is was the 3rd of June they'd step in, now its the 10th

Ofgem has closed its investigation into OVO Energy for its process failures that could have put vulnerable prepayment meter (PPM) customers at risk.

OVO has agreed a payment to Ofgem's Voluntary Redress Fund and credit or debt write-off to customers.
