There's a genuine phenomenon in Eastern Europe (and I imagine elsewhere ITW) where LGBT kids are more likely to be fluent in English than their straight peers, as they find community online in English speaking circles and learn the language through that.

@ProudBavaria I think the solution is to make roads, especially higher tier ones, way more impactful but also way more expensive. Roads should be used to connect big cities to the capital but in current version there is really nothing stopping you from just building them everywhere

@mitchysuch My first time playing EU5 I had no clue what the proper way to build was so I just spammed the building that displayed the highest predicted profit and withing 100 years I outcompeted all AI nations and had infinite money. It's strategy game equivalent of jingling keys

@mitchysuch Building an economy could be fun if there was any actual complexity involved. The system in both EUV and Vic3 looks difficult to master because of the number of goods and awful UI but the actual ecenomic interactions are dirt simple.

@creanu1 @sclv We don't have the capability to describe brain at mechanism level though. We can intuit from it's propeties that's it not doing matrix multiplications making it fundamentally different from what LLMs do but it's actual functioning is unkown
