@IslamZebari Ever heard of Yunus, who came to preach to the Assyrians? His tomb the one your friends in ISIS blew up. It wasn’t the Medes but Babylon that ruled over Assyria after its fall. If the Medes were your ancestors, then not much has changed.A gang of barbarians and henchmen to this day
@K24English This is absolutely chauvinistic propaganda on your part. You list all kinds of ethnic groups, yet you fail to mention the indigenous Assyrian Christians—a group unlike any other that has shaped the city. They have been victims of systematic ethnic cleansing since 2003.
@botanlezgn You listed all kinds of ethnic groups, but you left out the Assyrians- Syriacs who are one of the oldest civilizations in the region. That shows just how deluded and chauvinistic you are.
@T_Pollo4 khoni, and you belive the western „institute for…“? The figures I gave you are the official pre-war government figures. The Kurds numbered no more than 1.3M The same goes for the Turkmen, who numbered no more than 100,000, now they and 🇹🇷 claim there are more than 3M of them.
@JoJo98105823590@VivaRevolt What loyalty are you talking about? Were all the other members of the military not loyal to the Syrian people? Just because someone who is Christian, Druze, etc. served in a dictator’s army, does that mean they’re worthless? Again, there are no more than 100,000 of them. Dont lie!
@VivaRevolt What Turkman 4%?, they are not mor than 100‘000k. Kurds are 5-6%. This is the dirty game of 🇹🇷. In the near future, they'll claim there are millions of them, the same scenario as in Iraq. The Christians should have 20 seats, where are they? @realDonaldTrump@SecRubio
@dunya_basol@AKulhan Just for your information, the Assyrians are all Aramaic-speaking Christians—churches that make up about 5% of Syria. Christians account for 10% of the population. In fact, that’s more than the Kurds (6%) and Druze (3%) combined. So don’t talk as if Christians are nothing.
@ErkanTrukten How about opening up a real history book for a change? Mardin is neither Turkish nor Kurdish, but Assyrian. They also made up the majority of the population until the 1915 genocide. The Midyat district was still predominantly Assyrian until the 1970s, until the PKK brought war
@Ozkar690267@FredAprim Nonsense! This is the church of St. Thomas. You can even tell from the architecture that it was once a church. „Rebuild“ do you mean a minarett on top of the church tower? Islamic fairytales‼️
@Ozkar690267@FredAprim Even your most sacred buildings the grand mosque of Diyarbakir do not belong to you. Pictured here, it was the Assyrian St. Thomas Church. That's what happens when you grow up surrounded by lies!
@AramaicWire@RepMoolenaar@marcorubio Why are people ignoring the 🇹🇷elephant in the room? They have a clear plan and vision, and we aren’t part of it. If you look at the last 20 years, everything has been aimed at completing the Seyfo genocide of 1915, the same actors, different tactics, but the same goal.
@AramaicWire@RepMoolenaar@marcorubio that's not the whole story. What is🇹🇷 doing in Bashiqa,Why are Islamists operating freely in the NinevehPlains? The entire region is currently undergoing demographic changes. All of this is happening in coordination with the KRG🇹🇷🇮🇶🇮🇷.What is the🇺🇸excuse for not supporting us in🇸🇾?
@aysenazcimen14 Two occupiers are arguing over who owns what. They’re basing their entire argument on photos of the mosque, which by the way, is the Assyrian Church of St. Thomas. That’s what happens when you’re raised on lies.
