The question should be. Why did she have to make a video of the belongings before leaving? Was she preparing the public? Was she creating an albi? If a person is moving out of the house, with no other intentions, they would most unlikely record what they have left in the apartment
The biggest question no one seems to be asking is: what exactly did Stella’s separation from Bukenya have to do with Col. Nakalema? Is there a connection we’re missing? Or I jst missed the context?
And then, just like that, Ellah comes out with receipts and evidence proving she took nothing, exposing Afande’s claims🫣
The whole country is proud of you, Ellah🤝🫶🏽🙏🏿🙏🏿
Arresting and prosecuting are two distinct processes. Unless someone confesses, there is no reason to arrest a person within 24 hours of a murder without even having a post moterm report!. They always hurry to arrest wrong people and loose the cases in court.
@chirchirlkip @KhalidWar What is the concern with kenya's healthcare? With Aga Khan hospital there, and india next door, what exactly is there to worry? Never mind that the talked if flying to Instanbul (may be you missed that) . Security? How insecure is Kenya? The scattered theft cases? Come on.
@logiesam4@Exclusive_Bizz Why? Help me understand.
The idea should be. The police should investigate,collect all the evidence , and just take you to court . There is no reason police should put someone in cells when they haven't gotten approval from the DPP that their is sufficient evidence to prosecute
@logiesam4@Exclusive_Bizz Actually, this should be the procedure. Only arrest a person when you have adequate evidence and are ready to prosecute the person .
The rest should be interviews
Amos is right because he views tourism from his perspective. We have the weather, good food, rivers and lakes. But no amount of marketing will help unless the infrastructures put in place allow people to enjoy them.
I don't see anything wrong @jamesonen submissions here. I worked with the US mission for sometime in Kampala. But Everytime we had to leave for a trip outside Kampala, the assessments were worrying, poor roads, poor medical facilities, power outages among others .
I don't know who convinced you that you are the god of tourism. Have humility and process the feedback. You invited comments on your post and now you attack us. Be serious.
While a police officer working at Parliamentary police commission by then (should be around 2009), I scheduled an appointment with the then minister for presidency Hon. Wabudeya B. I needed a scholarship to advance my education.
During the meeting, she told me , she just signs papers brought to her. She said all I does is wait for her monthly salary. "I have people below me who take all the decisions. Don't see me here and think I can help you. Sorry".
This is crap. HESFS is headed by an Easterner. The high number of beneficiaries comes from the high number of applicants from those districts. The first four districts were part of Bushenyi District until 1993, which has had good schools since British colonialism and Obote I.
