@robertkaplinsky @dhabecker I have seen all of these as a reason. In small schools it can be both funding or lack of credentialed teacher availability. This is an access issue that CA state should address for rural or small schools. Thankfully more online options are available now though not ideal always

After 1 day of our Virtual County Math Week we have seen 1,482 families engaging in #Literacy and #Math positive math experiences are happening with a school home family connection.
With the beginning of the year upon us again, in all grades lets start with grade level content and just in time scaffolds instead of weeks of remediation.
