@x0jayse@WireMartialArts Stop that.
Regardless of whether he’s been in a fight or not, that’s still a weak shot. I’ve fought pro Muay Thai before you say something like that to me.
@SamaHoole I’ll give it a go. I typically train one day of anywhere between 5-8 reps per exercise with 3 mins rest between sets. Then one day later in the week of 12-15 reps per exercise with 90 seconds rest. I feel like that helps me and I really feel it if I miss that “volume session”
@MMA_TOWN@CombatUTC I mean, he’s got strong jiu jitsu and power in the hands too but striking wise, he’s low level. There’s so many opportunities for strikers on him. Arnold Allen will whoop him for 5rds.
@ChinoUTD Off the top of my head, I can only think of Varane who was as good as him at the same age. Maybe Marquinhos. Both having world class careers.
@mobsteriam@primeAGUER0@UTDNosa1 @willCITY__ My personal experience. It’s also my reality. My dad didn’t like his brother, their dad wasn’t a football fan, his brother was a Liverpool fan in the late 70’s-early 80’s because they were the best so he chose Man Utd because they were rivals. Most Utd fans I’ve spoken to R same
@mobsteriam@primeAGUER0@UTDNosa1 @willCITY__ For the most part it’s from parents. Almost every United fan I’ve met is from parents who supported them from before SAF and who still support them now despite there being no glory to hunt.
@carrharrt @funkmasterMMA Perfect response. Him calling it a “disgrace” is exactly what the entire community thinks about him on his knees ducking and weaving to kill time in the cage when he fails a takedown and pretty much the entirety of the the Yan fights from his part.
