1/2 Dear @Schandr80504296 @TataMotors @TataMotors_Cars @TataCompanies I had pre-booked my Tata Sierra on 16th Nov thru Progressive Motors, Ahmd…even before the official launch and chose my variant in the first week of Jan after seeing the car physically. Yet no update on my car.

@TataMotors_Cars Have sent my contact number via DM. Sierra was a childhood love and was supposed to be a birthday gift for my wife (22nd Feb). I was promised that it would be delivered much before the special occasion. Sadly it was a big letdown and has left an unpleasant feeling the entire day.

2/2 This is the most unprofessional dealing I’ve had with any car company dealership in my life. I’ve had personal dealings with Maruti, Hyundai, BMW, Audi n M&M dealers over a span of 26 years of my career. But never seen such an unprofessional handling with zero accountability.
