@boostpoweruk phoned the phone number you gave me that is only accepting emergencies. Tried to explain I had been given the number by you and he put the phone down on me. Disgusting
@boostpoweruk I phoned the number and he said he was not able to deal with me and to phone back tomorrow. Then he put the phone down. Is this honestly the type of service you offer.

@OVOEnergy unable to get to work now as put 50 pound on in 4 days as you take the majority of it for a debt that isn't mine. Can't contact you. Now unable to pay my petrol to get to work as only 12pound gone on gas.
@OVOEnergy moved into a new property and discovered a debt on the meter. Tried to let ovo know that I was new tenant, have phoned twice, first time 32 minutes, second 1 hour 20 minutes. Never answered. Tried chatbot. Instructed me to contact customer services.sent back to chatbot
