From my understanding most politicians are saying: Yes, illegal immigration is a problem,but leave it alone and don't do anything about it, because if you do something about it we'll have to solve more problems later that may concern you, so we don't want to deal with this because if we do, you'll keep holding us accountable for other issues.
@Joe__Bassey There is nothing xenophobic with asking the government to put it’s citizens first and enforce the law like they are supposed to. Also it is a crime to be in another country illegally. Clear as day.
Being an "African" is not an "excuse" to not respect laws in other African countries.
Just because you are "black" doesn't mean you're immune to abiding by the law in countries for black people.
Lastly, being held accountable for your actions and wrongdoings is not "racism".
