@amazonIN none of more than 4 recent orders are being delivered on the scheduled date. Postponed each time. Rescheduling happens only after I contact Customer Service, no updates until then. Last 2 of my orders are marked as delivered even though the products haven't reached me.
Rescheduled delivery for one of my orders was supposed to be delivered today and even that hasn't reached me. Not a single proactive update. Paying for Amazon Prime Subscription for so many years and being a loyal customer seems useless.
