One of the best parts of my job is seeing talented young trainees take advantage of the opportunities the broader Yale ecosystem has to offer. In addition to growing as outstanding clinical surgeons, they are being trained as creative clinician-scientists. The future is bright!

@HydroAssoc@Yale@CereVasc Such an honor to talk to you. We are so hopeful that eShunt will be an important step in making the lives of people with hydrocephalus better.
We all want hydrocephalus treatment that isn't brain surgery.

@PeterKa80460001@timo_krings Thanks, Peter. That slide is a blast from the past! Wonderful to have trained under @timo_krings — one of the great minds in our field. Highly recommend diving into any of his many reviews. A masterclass every time!
It was such a pleasure to work with 14 other centers to publish the early US experience with the LVIS EVO. So much appreciation for all of the collaborators for sharing their cases and making this possible.

Cerebral vasospasm remains a major cause of morbidity and mortality after aneurysmal SAH. New approaches and tools are urgently needed — like Vesalio’s NeVa VS.
Hopefully it represents a step in the right direction.
Thanks for the invitation, Fawaz! What an amazing forum to discussion innovation in neurosciences. Looking forward to attending and learning.
