@ChrisKFilms @BCLionsDen How so? It doesn't impact the game clock start/stop rules. Play finishes inbound? Game clock starts when set. Play finishes incomplete, out of bounds or penalty? Game clock starts on snap. Just means the play clock starts at 35 seconds as soon as the previous play ends.

@Jim_MullinTV Absolutely agree with the 130 yard field to fit in more facilities. The league is learning the hard way with the world cup that they need to be able to fit in secondary venues without losing thousands of seats. Victoria, Halifax, and so many more locations just became more viable

The world cup made the league realize that they don't have a lot of good options as secondary sites.

@crgcas Had to look it up, Murray Clarke is entering his 33rd season in the @CFL , and tonight is his 590th game. Even Jake Ireland only had 555 games in his career, and Andre Proulx is the next highest active ref with 445.

Absolutely unreal numbers.
