Let’s be clear. SEC has not attacked Crypto. SEC has attacked what seems to be an unlawful security sale for years by Ripple Labs. For how long these two knew about their problems? Why the wanted to move the operations overseas? How Ripple Labs makes money aside from dumping XRP?
