@engineers_feed 2 is better b/c the salary increases by 800/yr in both but hits faster in 2. Case 1 is simply 800/yr. Case 2-assuming the raise is to the every 6 mo period- 1H of yr 1 is 2000, 2H is 2200 = 4200. 1H yr 2 is 2400 & 2H is 2600= 5000. Each half is +400 the year before (800 total)

@EdKrassen It is the same factors that cause us to see more left handed people in younger generations - individuals finding it more acceptable to be their true self. This trend will continue & some people’s grandkids will be embarrassed by their grandparent’s negative LGBTQ+ views of 2023
