@ChewyLewy0707 The truth is Paul like many things in England. People were happy whilst we were 'little old Ipswich not doing much' but as soon as you have a little success it becomes natural to hate on that same group & try to put them down at every opportunity. Happens to groups & individuals
Can't downplay what Kieran McKenna did this season – yes Ipswich well funded but had to build new team in mid air and simultaneously instil resilience needed to get through a Championship grind. Lots of noise all year but he just calmly steered them home. An absolute class act.
Ipswich promoted with a remarkable stat - Dara O'Shea played every minute of the 46-game season...and didn't pick up a single yellow card. He deserves to be a Premier League player
