@archinate I think it’s important for all of us to break the hype cycle and use our enthusiasm and knowledge to bring meaning back to our roles. If a company thinks of you as only the “tech” person, it’s on you to change that perception and bring real business insights about your projects.

Sure there are folks that won’t get it or are outwardly resistant but our duty is to incentivize and encourage. I won’t blame others for my failures of persistence.

@archinate I’m going to try to set realistic expectations of what’s possible in a given time series. Focusing on the pedantic business values that help leadership gain perspective on why we need to transform. Might not be sexy, but it’s a transformation model that is sustainable.
